This month Zenia Sanchez Fuentes from Terris, Pravlik & Millian, LLP will discuss the rights of HSCSN members both under Medicaid regulations and its contract with the District and how to enforce them, including how to receive services pending an appeal or fair hearing. She will also discuss the breadth and scope of the EPSDT (early and periodic screening, diagnostic, and treatment services) benefit under Medicaid and how to best request services.
