If you have been denied housing because –

• You have no credit or bad credit
• You have been to eviction court or have been evicted
• You couldn’t afford to pay a “holding” or “amenity” fee
• You didn’t meet the minimum income requirement
• You have a voucher or are in rapid re-housing OR
• Other reasons that have nothing to do with whether you would make a good tenant…
