DC Health Link (www.dchealthlink.com) is the Districts health insurance marketplace where individuals, families, and small businesses can shop, compare, and purchase health insurance. For individuals looking to apply for health insurance, open season ends March 31, 2014.
In a final push to get individuals and families insured before the deadline ends, DC Health Link has decided to extend the hours of operation for its Call Center. The DC Health Link Call Center will be open for calls every Sunday, beginning March 2nd. The Call Center is staffed with trained customer service representatives, where you can receive assistance if have any questions or need information regarding health insurance coverage or if you’re seeking assistance with enrollment.
The DC Health Link Call Center number is (855) 532-LINK (5465), hours are Monday – Saturday 8:00 a.m -12:00 a.m. And the below schedule reflects the extended hours for Sunday’s in March.
March Sunday hours of operation are:
- March 2, 2014 – 10 am – 6 pm
- March 9, 2014 – 10 am – 6 pm
- March 16, 2014 – 10 am – 6 pm
- March 23, 2014 – 10 am – 6 pm
- March 30, 2014 – 8 am – Midnight
