High School Students Take College Classes for FREE!

The fall 2022 OSSE Dual Enrollment Consortium Program application is NOW OPEN for all DC Public and Public Charter school students and closes April 1, 2022.

Who is eligible for the DC Dual Enrollment Consortium Program?

Fall 2022 (application is open NOW):

• Students must be enrolled in an eligible District of Columbia public or public charter school and pursuing a secondary credential such as a high school diploma or GED.
• Students must be rising 10th, 11th or 12th graders with at least a 2.5 GPA.
