Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) to implement the “COVID-19 Response Emergency Amendment Act of 2020.” Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), DC Healthcare Alliance (Alliance), and Immigrant Children’s Program (ICP) are impacted.
