When we teach kids about nutritious foods and involve them in the kitchen, we set them on a path toward a healthy lifestyle. That is why Kids in Action is proud to offer Kids in the Kitchen led by our very own registered dietitian, Brittany Shapiro. This month’s theme is healthy St. Patrick’s Day treats. Kids in the kitchen will be offered every 2nd Thursday of the month at The HSC Pediatric Center. Space is limited! Teen night is the 2nd Friday evening of the month! Teen night is for kids ages 11 and older. It is a chance for teens to come and hang out with their peers in a fun, safe environment. This month’s theme is March Madness!
