Why should I attend?
The meeting will share information on the DC Medicaid Renewal process and how to use the districtdirect.dc.gov online portal.
In this training you will learn how to:
- Create an account on districtdirect.dc.gov;
- Check coverage status;
- How to update contact information; and
- Start and complete the entire renewal process and submission online.
If you assist DC Medicaid beneficiaries with checking their coverage, updating their contact information, or renewing their coverage online or by mail, this workshop is for you.
There will be a question and answer session after the presentation.
