What: SchoolTalk, the D.C. Office of the State Superintendent of Education, and the D.C. Secondary Transition Community of Practice will host the D.C. Secondary Transition Institute 2022 for local education agencies. Join us to gather resources, connect with each other, and learn together with individuals from across the District working on improving post-school outcomes for students with disabilities!
