REAL Transition Partners will award three $2,500 grants to local initiatives assisting young people with disabilities navigate transition to adulthood. Due December 3rd.

November 15: 15th Annual Transition Summit 
New Hampshire’s only statewide transition conference featuring high-quality professional development on supporting youth with disabilities and their families with the transition to postsecondary education, employment, and independent living. Featuring keynote speaker Denise Bissonnette.

November 20: Partnering for Strength Mini-Conference: Supported Decision Making
In August 2021, SB 134 was signed into law in NH, establishing supported decision making (SDM) as a statutorily recognized alternative to guardianship for adults with disabilities and their families. Featuring keynote speaker Jonathan Martinis, Esq., JD.
