The District of Columbia Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) is developing its new Five-Year State Plan for fiscal years 2022–2026 to guide the future direction and goals of our work! As we finalize the State Plan, we invite individuals with disabilities, family members, advocates, and other stakeholders to our virtual public hearings.
