SchoolTalk’s 2021 Summer Youth Employment Program JumpStart is a supported employment program designed to provide youth with disabilities with the individualized support they need in order to successfully complete and learn from their Marion S. Barry Summer Youth Employment Program (MBSYEP) worksite placement.
Youth must meet the following criteria to be eligible for JumpStart:
- Will be participating in MBSYEP 2021
- Have an IEP or 504 plan
- Graduating with an IEP certificate
- Between the ages of 14-21
- Enrolled in school through June 2021
- An RSA Client
