Dear Parents of DCPS Non-Public Students,

The DCPS Non-Public Team is happy to share that Enrollment is Now Open in DCPS for SY20-21. To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our region, all DCPS school buildings are currently closed and distance learning is underway.

While we are unable to conduct enrollment in person until school buildings reopen, the DCPS Enrollment Team has developed an electronic submission process using a platform called SeamlessDocs that will allow families to enroll remotely.

Through SeamlessDocs, families can read, complete, sign, and submit the entire DCPS SY20-21 Enrollment Packet, including the DCPS Enrollment Form, DC Residency Verification form, DCPS Consents, and DCPS Notifications, as well as allow families to upload proof of DC residency. Families must have an email address to use the electronic submission option. Please review the steps below.

GUIDANCE FOR ENROLLING YOUR NON-PUBLIC STUDENT FOR SY 20-21

1.  Gather the necessary supporting documentation for Proof of DC Residency to upload:

Method A: (Only school officials can verify using this method)

*   OSSE Residency Verified
*   Homeless liaison verified
*   Ward of DC

Method B: Submit one document:

*   Pay stub
*   DC Gov. financial assistance
*   Certified DC Tax Form-D40
*   Military housing orders
*   Embassy letter

Method C: Submit two documents:

*   Current DC motor vehicle registration
*   Current DC driver’s license/non-driver ID
*   Lease with payment
*   Utility bill with payment

2.  Complete and Submit the Electronic Enrollment Packet SY20-21 electronic submission enrollment packet at https://enrolldcps.dc.gov/node/71

Using the SY 20/21 School Name Drop Down Field, select the appropriate entry:

For the 19-20 School year – Data entry of current NP School Name
For the 20-21 School year – Select from the dropdown either:
·       Tuition Grant- Non Public
·       Residential-Non Public
