AJE wants to share some great upcoming opportunities for DC youth! There is a writing contest sponsored by Black Swan Academy (deadline March 3, 2019) where students can win up to a $500 dollar scholarship for essays, poems and spoken word submissions, and a youth led coalition where youth can highlight the issues important to them.
